Reading this book "Black Swan". It's pretty good. The premise is that it was a fact that there were only white swans, until black swans were discovered in Australia. He talks all about how we tend to look at the stuff we know, instead of the stuff we don't know and how it changes the game (of life) significantly. Yet, everyone continues to focus on the factors that they know (essentially ignoring the unpredictable)and even at that, suggesting there are a lot of leaders out there, who have no idea what their doing, but are really good at narrating (after the fact).
